Cookie policy

Last updated: July 2026 · Version 2.0

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar storage technologies used by Aretè Tecnologia di Antonio Sambataro (VAT IT05945010873, Belpasso (CT) 95032, Italy) on spooqw.com and in the SpooqW platform. We use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. "Local storage" is a related browser technology that lets a site keep small pieces of data (for example, to keep you signed in). We refer to both collectively as "cookies" below.

3. Why we don't show a full consent banner

Under the ePrivacy rules and GDPR, strictly necessary cookies — those required to deliver a service you have requested, such as authentication, security and payments — do not require prior consent. Because SpooqW uses only such cookies, we show a short transparency notice rather than a tracking-consent wall, and we record your choice. If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

4. How to control cookies

You can review your recorded preference through the cookie notice, and you can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or completing payment, since they are essential to the Service. For third-party cookies set by Cloudflare and Stripe, please also see their respective privacy and cookie notices.
