Acceptable use policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using SpooqW, operated by Aretè Tecnologia di Antonio Sambataro (VAT IT05945010873, Belpasso (CT) 95032, Italy). It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service, including the users you invite into your workspace. Its goal is to keep the platform safe, lawful and reliable for all customers.

1. No illegal or infringing use

  • Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to facilitate illegal activity.
  • Do not store, process or distribute content that infringes intellectual-property rights, trade secrets, or privacy or publicity rights.
  • Do not process personal data without a valid legal basis, or in breach of data-protection law.
  • Do not upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or child-sexual-abuse material, or content that promotes terrorism or violence.

2. No abuse or harmful conduct

  • Do not harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate others.
  • Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Do not distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious or deliberately destructive code.

3. No security violations

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other tenants' data, accounts, or underlying systems.
  • Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach its security or authentication measures, except through a security-disclosure process we have authorised in writing.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or bypass tenant isolation or plan limits.
  • Do not reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law expressly permits it.

4. No resource abuse

  • Do not use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure, or that degrades the experience of other customers.
  • Do not use automated means to circumvent usage limits, create multiple free accounts, or otherwise game plan entitlements.
  • Do not use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other workloads unrelated to data processing that are designed primarily to consume compute resources.
  • Do not resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as a service without our written consent.

5. Responsible use of AI features

Do not use SpooqW's AI-assisted features to generate unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or to attempt to extract other tenants' data. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it.

6. Reporting and enforcement

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to asambataro@aretetecnologia.com. We may investigate suspected violations and, where necessary to protect the platform, other customers or third parties, remove content, throttle or suspend access, or terminate accounts in accordance with the Terms of Service — with notice where practicable, and immediately in cases of serious abuse or security risk.
