Billing questions
How does billing work?+
Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the in-app billing page — changes are prorated by Stripe.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?+
No. The Free plan needs only a verified email address and never expires.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?+
The platform tells you exactly which limit you hit and keeps everything you already built. Upgrade to lift the limit — nothing is deleted.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your tables are open Apache Iceberg on object storage: they stay queryable from Trino, Spark or any Iceberg client, with or without SpooqW.
How is On-Premise licensed?+
Annual license per environment, deployed in your VPC or on your Kubernetes. Contact sales for a quote and a guided proof of concept.
Is the hosted database included on every plan?+
It's available on Starter and above, with the database count and storage cap growing per tier — see the comparison table. Free has no hosted database, and On-Premise connects your own Postgres directly instead of hosting one for you.
